For a better understanding of the healthcare crisis we all face the issues can be separated into two categories:
The Consumers and the Healthcare Providers.

Americans are at the most pivotal point in the future of healthcare. Under review and to be decided by our elected officials is your healthcare coverage and the total healthcare system.

This is the single most important decision we will ever make for our future. If we do not voice our opinion this decision will be made for us and not in our best interests. We will have to pay for this decision either way. This decision will impact cost and quality of our lives for generations to come and will either set our healthcare back 50 years or catapult us into a much brighter, affordable future.

There is a solution to the healthcare crisis in America that benefits us all. The Solution Plan provides every resident with the best healthcare coverage that is a cost saving, affordable, equal coverage for all. The Solution Plan is a national health coverage plan that eliminates the out of pocket dollars for deductibles and co-insurance we all pay. In addition The Solution Plan provides access to all doctors, specialists and hospitals on an equal basis. You must voice your desire for the solution, The Solution Plan. Click the Inform the Masses tab above to inform your Representatives, inform the Press, and inform your Friends of the Solution Plan.

consumer crisis

The consumer crisis of healthcare is the cost. Today's cost of healthcare services is very expensive and unaffordable for millions of Americans. This population is titled the “the uninsured” and “the under insured” with current estimates of over 45 million residents that do not have health coverage and tens of millions more with limited coverage. The cost of health coverage is determined by many factors: pre-existing conditions; lifestyle risk factors; employment risk factors; age; income; geography, etc. These factors combine to determine the cost of your coverage. The younger, the healthier, the less physical risk from your job and lifestyle, the safer zip code you live in, etc. – the more available and affordable your healthcare coverage. The Solution Plan provides the best coverage equally for all US residents. No one is excluded.

provider crisis

The healthcare provider crisis is the inability to afford to provide services. Many considerations factor into this situation: does the patient have health insurance; if so what type and how much will be paid by the insurance; how long will I wait for payment from the insurance company; how much will have to be billed to the patient after the insurance pays their portion; what percent of these dollars will go unpaid; my cost of business continues to rise but the insurance company payments continue to decline, etc. These factors combine to determine the actual cost of services provided. The Solution Plan provides prompt, equitable reimbursement of services to all providers.

By combining the young with the old, the sick with the healthy, and the poor with the wealthy,
we all experience equal, affordable coverage.

definitions:
Health Insurance
a program that charges an annual fee for coverage of specific medical services, usually paid in monthly premiums. If full time employed, you and your employer most likely share the cost of this coverage.
Providers
the doctors, specialists, facilities and hospitals providing health services.
Co-Pay
a nominal fee charged for visiting a provider. Each provider type has individual charges.
Deductibles
the first 'out-of-pocket' dollars you are required to pay before insurance starts paying. This is usually set at an annual amount for individuals and families.
Co-Insurance
once the deductible is paid, this is the percentage of every dollar you pay 'out-of-pocket' for every dollar of service. Example: a 20% co-insurance requires you to pay 20 cents of every dollar of health services provided after you have exceeded your deductible. This is usually limited to a maximum dollar amount per year.
